Botiwalla was recommended to me by a friend and I'm so glad I tried it! Located in Optimist Hall, it has a dedicated seating area which was nice and felt like a restaurant instead of the food stalls. You can't go wrong with the Vada pav--I hadn't tried Indian street food before and it was one of the top 3 new dishes I have tried in 2023.
