I'm thinking I'll get a 5' box blade. The rear tires are about 44" center to center, so the 5' blade would be more than enough to do a nice job.

That sucks. My Countyline box blade is tough as nails. I also have a Frontier 60” and have put that thing through all sorts of stress when it was the only implement I owned and it’s still straight and true. Gotta be some soft mild steel they made yours outta. I’d definitely reinforce it like the guys said or get a stronger one.
